Summary

Join The Credit Pros as an Affiliate Manager in a 100% remote, full-time role. Lead and manage the digital affiliate program, collaborating with the Director of Business Development and reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. Develop and maintain relationships with affiliates to drive website traffic, increasing clients and sales. Responsibilities include onboarding new partners, providing support, identifying new opportunities, creating engagement strategies, and generating comprehensive reports. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of digital marketing experience, excellent digital skills, and experience with Salesforce. A post-secondary education is required. Requirements

  • Min 2 yrs. experience in the digital marketing space, Credit Repair experience and or affiliate sales experience will be a plus
  • Excellent digital skills and strong experience with Salesforce, online affiliate tracking, phone tracking and BI reporting platforms
  • Ability to identify new opportunities for partnerships from new verticals
  • General affiliate marketing comprehension and strong verbal communication
  • Organized and Efficient follow up skills
  • Negotiation and campaign optimization skills coupled with a technical mindset
  • Performance-driven
  • A Post Secondary Education is required

Responsibilities

  • Support our Director of Business development by cultivating deep business relationships with our existing digital traffic partners to become first point of contact within our organization and maximize opportunities
  • Manage the onboarding new partners including overseeing their setup and technical integrations, testing and trouble-shooting with our systems
  • Provide targeted solutions that set our partners up for success and provide ongoing support
  • Create an engagement rhythm & meetings/calls including business reviews and solution selling opportunities. Actively follow up on all actions
  • Hunt for new opportunities to identify new opportunities. Respond to inbound leads and pitch, close and onboard new partners. Record all interactions in our company CRM (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure optimal service management for clients and strong results
  • Provide comprehensive reporting with appropriate data that helps drive the engagement and partnership and results in opportunities and growth
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliate partners
  • Ensure partner compliance and conduct regular reviews and audits of the advertising methods
  • Reengage inactive affiliates partners by offering new opportunities and solutions for collaboration
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase both affiliate and site /program performance
  • Present management with reports for all relevant program metrics
