Summary

Join BrandCycle Inc., an influencer platform, as an Affiliate Account Executive in a fully remote position. Collaborate with the Brand team to cultivate and expand retailer opportunities for the affiliate community. Serve as the primary contact for all brand-related business decisions. This role offers significant growth potential within a rapidly expanding team. Responsibilities include managing affiliate brand relationships, securing commission increases and campaign investments, overseeing brand campaigns across various channels, reporting campaign results, and contributing to strategic planning. The ideal candidate is a proven leader, highly effective communicator, and a self-starter with a strong track record in affiliate marketing and brand partnerships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing sales and brand partnerships
  • Knowledge of affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (Impact, Commission Junction, ShareASale, Awin, Rakuten, Tune, etc.)
  • Strong track record of building and cultivating relationships with affiliate brand managers
  • Is comfortable with new and emerging digital platforms and tools
  • Highly proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven excellence in exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage large-scale affiliate brand relationships
  • Act as day-to-day point person as well as strategic lead on growing brands’ sales revenue with BrandCycle’s affiliate and influencer network
  • Work with brand team members to secure commission increases, paid placement fees and influencer campaigns from brands, aligned with company-wide and individual growth goals
  • Provide end-to-end management of secured investments
  • Liaison with internal influencer and marketing teams to schedule and execute brand campaigns
  • Overseeing timing, message and quality of all brand merchandising
  • Merchandising channels include email, social media, on-site, network and mobile notifications
  • Work with data team to package and communicate campaign deliverables and results back to brands, securing recurring investments when appropriate
  • Opportunities to engage in strategic planning, including rate changes, merchandising expansions, editorial calendar building and new revenue channel drivers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Influencer experience, a big plus
  • Has an existing rolodex of relationships, a big plus
  • Experience with HubSpot, a plus
