Requirements
- Sales Experience: 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role at a SaaS or AI company, plus 1–2 years as a BDR is a strong plus
- Full-Cycle Sales Skills: Demonstrated success managing the complete sales process from lead generation through closing
- Results-Driven Mindset: A proven record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Self-Starter Attitude: You work well independently but thrive in a team-focused culture
- Excellent Communicator: Clear, confident, and persuasive—both in writing and in person
Responsibilities
- Own the Sales Strategy: Target and develop new business opportunities with general contractors and subcontractors in the SMB market
- Drive the Full Sales Cycle: Manage every step—from prospecting and outreach to closing—with consistency and precision
- Tailor the Pitch: Understand each client’s unique challenges and deliver AI-powered solutions that drive real business outcomes
- Hit the Numbers: Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas while contributing to overall revenue growth
