Summary

This fully remote position offers a base salary of $125,000 with uncapped commission. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in selling invoice processing and payments automation software solutions
- Great people skills paired with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to win new business
- Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
- Strong analytical problem solving, negotiating, and decision-making skills
- Track record of consistent over-achievement against plan
Responsibilities
- Work with Marketing to prospect within Ascendโs addressable market and develop a target account list
- Meet with prospect stakeholders both virtually and on-site to complete discovery and conduct demos
- Lead internal teams including Account Management, Customer Experience, Senior Leadership, and Sales Engineering to articulate Ascendโs value proposition
- Maintain accurate and timely pipeline and forecast data and prospect account information
- Develop and present formal proposals, lead contract negotiations, coordinate and respond to RFP and INFOSEC requests, and shepherd deals through close
- Conduct research, facilitate automated campaigns, and perform personalized outreach
