Summary

Requirements

  • You have 2+ years of proven sales experience (previous BDR experience is a plus)
  • You possess a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, both in complex sales environments and faster sales cycles
  • You are skilled at understanding and clearly pitching use cases, offering solutions, and finding workarounds when necessary, using the right industry vocabulary to drive adoption
  • You are agile, able to adapt to feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to build new systems and processes
  • You are genuinely curious, always seeking to understand people and their goals
  • You excel in written and spoken communication in both German and English (any additional language is a plus)
  • You are hands-on, with a proactive mindset, eager to take on challenges and actively seek solutions in a dynamic, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Grow Brevo’s revenues by outperforming on signing large new accounts
  • Maintain a monthly sales target and achieve total quotas quarterly
  • Add great value to our clients by solving their pains and delivering them the best solution possible
  • Contribute to the success of the entire sales team by understanding the clients and the market, as well as contribute to improving our tools and processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous BDR experience
