Summary
Join Brevo's dynamic sales team as an Account Executive and target key partners in German-speaking markets. Requirements
- You have 2+ years of proven sales experience (previous BDR experience is a plus)
- You possess a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, both in complex sales environments and faster sales cycles
- You are skilled at understanding and clearly pitching use cases, offering solutions, and finding workarounds when necessary, using the right industry vocabulary to drive adoption
- You are agile, able to adapt to feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to build new systems and processes
- You are genuinely curious, always seeking to understand people and their goals
- You excel in written and spoken communication in both German and English (any additional language is a plus)
- You are hands-on, with a proactive mindset, eager to take on challenges and actively seek solutions in a dynamic, evolving environment
Responsibilities
- Grow Brevoβs revenues by outperforming on signing large new accounts
- Maintain a monthly sales target and achieve total quotas quarterly
- Add great value to our clients by solving their pains and delivering them the best solution possible
- Contribute to the success of the entire sales team by understanding the clients and the market, as well as contribute to improving our tools and processes
