Summary

The job is for a growth-focused sales role in a healthcare startup, with the primary responsibility of designing and executing strategies to drive company growth by engaging prospective customers. The ideal candidate has experience in medical billing sales or working with CFOs, Revenue Cycle Leaders, or Billing Managers.

Requirements

• Experience in selling medical billing or working with CFOs, Revenue Cycle Leaders, or Billing Managers
• Experience designing and executing sales, growth, or business development strategies

Responsibilities

• Helping to design and execute the strategy which will fuel the company's growth by creating opportunities for our software deployment
• Identifying and engaging prospective customers, building trust, and creating opportunities for our teams to work together
• Developing sales munitions (runbooks, demo paths, sales materials, etc) and tradecraft which will position our team for rapid and effective growth
• Working as a member of cross-functional teams to ensure that we hit our growth goals and build feedback loops between key aspects of the team and business

Benefits

• Estimated annual salary range of $250,000 - $350,000, which includes both base salary and sales commissions/bonuses
