Summary
Join Deel, a leading international payroll and compliance company, and become a key member of our sales team. We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling software to mid-market and enterprise clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, building strong relationships, and closing complex deals. This role requires 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS or a startup environment, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. Requirements
- Have 3+ years of sales quota carrying experience - ideally in a SaaS company or Start-up
- Have been an integral part of at least one great business success story, and know what it takes to deliver outlier results
- Have a strong background in getting B2B software-led product sales across the line. Be an expert individual contributor with an excellent track record
- Be willing and able to build out strong pipelines, whilst fluidly partnering with a BDR
- Accurately forecast sales results, see the gaps in your pipeline and be ahead of the curve, strive to always go above and beyond
- Have experience collaborating with teams across a growing company and building strong relationships
- Be a native English speaker
- Thrive in a global remote team environment
Responsibilities
- Be passionate and driven, willing to take risks, be creative, and always resilient
- Have experience selling to Mid Market or Enterprise sized customers, ideally a software-led product, and having strong success as a net new logo hunter
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from start to finish, navigating complex commercial deals by building strong relationships and negotiating to a close
- Be an excellent communicator with great presentation skills, effectively articulate and leverage the Hofy value proposition to win the trust of customers and close deals
- Be passionate about Hofyβs product and mission and positively display this at every interaction within the sales cycle and beyond
