Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as an AE in a small high-growth startup
  • Demonstrated expertise in closing 6- and 7-figure deals with customers
  • Prior experience selling a product with a physical component such as hardware, real estate, built environment is desired
  • Experience with the construction industry (personal or professional) is desired

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage construction industry professionals, including contractors, and project managers, to promote and sell Dusty Robotics technology solutions
  • Use your construction expertise to understand struggles and tailor our product offerings to meet their needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our construction technology solutions
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential customers, acting as a trusted advisor and demonstrating a deep understanding of their business challenges and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to drive customers towards their desired business outcomes and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements and trends in construction technology, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address industry challenges
