Summary

Join Echo360 as a fully remote Expansion Account Executive and drive strategic growth by expanding the adoption of our Echosystem solutions within existing Higher Education accounts. Leveraging your expertise in higher education technology sales, you will identify opportunities for broader product integration and adoption, enhancing value for institutional partners. You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers to achieve sales quotas, forecast sales, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in higher education technology sales, and strong sales and communication skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in higher education technology sales
  • Willingness/availability to travel (up to 20% of the year)
  • Consultative selling and time management skills
  • Experience selling into Education markets, specifically Higher Ed
  • Experience selling SaaS EdTech
  • Fluency with CRM tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
  • Ability to establish and build strategic relationships with key contacts and decision-makers
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to present and demo new product concepts
  • Ability to succeed in a competitive, high-performance work environment
  • Ability to meet the needs of the customer within the business objectives of Echo360

Responsibilities

  • Develop cross-sell account strategies and action plans for assigned accounts
  • Identify decision-makers and understand key product selection criteria
  • Track sales activities in the CRM system and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities
  • Responsible for weekly sales forecasting and periodic review of sales performance
  • Manage and achieve personal sales quota
  • Generate expansion interest through sales demonstrations, on-site visits, conferences
  • Remain knowledgeable regarding competitive and industry trends and use knowledge to develop and close cross-sell account opportunities
  • Collaborate with Echo360 sales/success teams to implement strategies for increasing sales
  • Help establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including identifying and developing potential faculty advocates
  • All other duties as assigned
