Summary

The job is for an Account Executive at Employment Hero, a fast-growing SaaS company. The role involves business development, managing a sales cycle, and closing deals. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales, preferably tech/SaaS, and is ambitious, structured, driven, visionary, articulate, trusting, and curious.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably tech/SaaS
• Experience running an end-to-end sales process (closing deals)

Responsibilities

• Business development - you will hunt new business with a consultative approach
• Managing a sales cycle from start to finish - prospect, pitch, demo, present, close
• Confidently presenting to C-suite executives and be able to negotiate appropriately
• Working closely with the SDR Team to qualify opportunities and close deals
• Maintaining a robust pipeline to meet your assigned monthly quota
• Using Salesforce CRM to ensure customer data is correct and up-to-date
