Join Glassdoor as a Sales Account Executive in the Upper-Mid Market team, UK & Ireland, focusing on existing and prospective branding customers. Success in this role requires exceeding quarterly revenue retention, new business, and growth goals. The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of quota-carrying, direct sales experience, preferably hybrid, and experience managing a high volume of accounts. Requirements

- 1-3+ years of quota carrying, direct sales experience, hybrid preferred, with experience handling a high volume of accounts ranging from Small to Upper Mid-Market clients, with opportunity to work with Enterprise clients as you grow with us
- Proficient in handling a CRM, Salesforce preferred, and a proficiency for proactivity in pipeline management and generation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in order to manage competing priorities
- Comfort delivering presentations and conducting conversations over Zoom, eventually in person in some cases
- An ability to earn instant credibility and to handle tough conversations with clients in a professional and conscientious manner
- A strength in navigating, comfortably selling, and negotiating with high-level titles (Director or above)
- Collaborative nature both with our clients, prospects, and your teammates

Responsibilities
- Own a business of existing and prospective branding customers with the intent to achieve their business goals through Glassdoor
- Renew expiring business, unearthing new growth opportunities through current or new partners, and developing a consultative relationship with customers while delivering an outstanding level of professional service
- Lead with vision as you showcase the value of working with Glassdoor and invest further in the employer brand
- Exceeding quarterly revenue retention, new business and growth goals is your dedication to the business
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with or within HR or recruiting industries is preferred
