Requirements

  • Degree in sales or relevant field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources
  • Solid experience with CRM software
  • Experience interacting with various interested parties during the sales process (e.g., HR, Procurement, Finance, Operations)
  • Proactive and practical approach for face-to-face sales and participation in meetings with clients
  • Solid knowledge of the temporary work sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and managing sales cycles of 3 to 6 months
  • B2 level of English
  • Driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients in assigned geographical areas
  • Manage new accounts/clients and leverage opportunities with active clients
  • Develop and present commercial proposals based on client requirements and monitor them, promoting negotiation and readjustment of proposals for their approval
  • Monitor new clients to assess their satisfaction
  • Register and manage all commercial activities in the CRM software
  • Transmit all relevant information about new clients to the operational area
  • Ensure formal client approval and update the CRM software as necessary
  • Promote Job&Talent's image in the market as a company that complies with all legal requirements and has solid know-how
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to Job&Talent's growth
  • Ensure all documentation is transmitted, sent, filled out, and accepted by clients
