Requirements

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Previous experience in a startup environment or early-stage company is preferred
  • 7+ years of experience exceeding sales quota

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with enterprise customers
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target prospective enterprise customers in key industries
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities through various stages of the sales cycle and driving them to closure
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise client organizations
  • Understand customer needs, challenges, and objectives, and position our Lamini platform and solutions as transformative tools to address their business goals
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to articulate the value proposition of our AI solutions and drive customer engagement
  • Collaborate with internal technical and sales/solution engineering teams to develop customized proposals and solutions that align with customer requirements and priorities
  • Work with the GTM leader on deal negotiations and contract discussions with prospective customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that maximize revenue and value for both parties
