Summary

Join nuvo as an Account Executive and spearhead sales efforts, managing the entire sales cycle, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies for new business acquisition and market expansion. This role offers significant growth potential, involving collaboration with product departments of leading SaaS companies to facilitate customer data acceptance. You will work closely with a Solutions Architect to optimize the customer journey while enhancing your technical product knowledge. The position involves working with dynamic clients and colleagues, providing a clear career path for continued learning and advancement. Responsibilities are divided into closing deals (50%), networking and expertise building (30%), and sales strategy development (20%). Success is measured by milestones at 3 and 6 months, demonstrating proficiency in product expertise, sales cycle management, and client acquisition.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B SaaS Sales , preferably in an early-stage startup
  • Experience with full-cycle Sales, winning small and medium-sized clients
  • A team player with a balance between people and task focus . Strong communication skills, manifested in a well-chosen articulation in English
  • You feel comfortable in fast-paced startup environments and bring the necessary resilience and adaptability
  • Relentless drive and a hands-on entrepreneurial mentality to help scale our business
  • A mission-driven person who is excited to share and strengthen our values inside the organization

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for small- and medium-sized accounts: Qualify leads, run product demos, create proposals, and close new customers
  • Create performance reports with the most important KPIs for your accounts and communicate them across the Growth Team
  • Create commercial proposals and lead negotiations with clients
  • Expand your business network in C-Level, Product, and Tech
  • Identify potential prospects in the market and get in touch
  • Derive options for action and develop new strategies for lead generation, increasing conversion, customer loyalty and product optimization together with our Marketing Team and our Head of Growth
  • Shape our user journey to increase conversion in collaboration with our Solutions Architect
  • Analyze existing deals and create strategies to increase our deal sizes

Preferred Qualifications

  • If you’re also fluent in German, that is a big plus but not a must
  • It’s a big plus if you’re based in Hamburg or Berlin or are willing to relocate; however a remote setup within Germany is also possible
