Summary

Join OPTEL Group as an Account Executive and contribute to a sustainable future by leveraging innovative traceability technologies. Based in Feldkirchen b. München, Schwäbisch Hall, or remotely, you will identify new business opportunities, cultivate existing client relationships, and drive sales within the SaaS industry. You will be responsible for lead generation, sales strategy development, product demonstrations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role requires a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales and strong communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will also possess experience selling to Fortune 500 companies and be proficient in using sales and productivity software.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Experience handling sales and productivity software. Knowledge of Salesforce is desirable
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, high self-motivation and personal responsibility
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

  • Identify and make initial contact with potential customers
  • Convert and follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to successful closure
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Success
  • Create and present offers and contracts
  • Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Maintain complete documentation in our CRM system
