Requirements
- Proven experience in sales roles within the SaaS industry, specifically in Central and Latin America
- Demonstrated experience as an account executive in business-to-government (B2G) sales
- Perfect or near-perfect American-accented English, crucial for building rapport and trust with clients
- Familiarity with Close, Calendly, Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet
Responsibilities
- Utilize experience in SaaS sales to articulate product benefits
- Conduct product demos scheduled by our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), ensuring each session effectively highlights our solutions and meets prospect expectations
- Evaluate prospect needs and align them with our product offerings to determine compatibility and potential fit
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand prospect pain points, requirements, and goals, ensuring tailored solutions are presented
- Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations that effectively showcase key features and benefits aligned with prospect needs
- Coordinate and set up free trials for qualified prospects, providing them with hands-on experience to evaluate our solutions
- Provide accurate pricing information and negotiate terms as needed to move prospects towards a purchasing decision
- Define and communicate clear sales timelines, setting expectations and guiding prospects through each stage of the buying process
- Hold prospects accountable to agreed-upon timelines and commitments, ensuring progress and momentum are maintained
- Implement consistent and strategic follow-up strategies to nurture prospects, address concerns, and facilitate decision-making processes effectively
