Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to achieve renewal and expansion goals
  • Build actionable account plans that could span from 6 to 18 months
  • Be fully immersed in the entire customer experience, engaging with users, influencers, and decision-makers at all levels within the organization
  • Ensure that Ceros remains a deeply integrated, indispensable tool (β€œsticky”) within the organization to not only secure renewals but also drive growth through expanded use cases, new teams, regions, and divisions
  • Proactively engage with clients to prevent budget cuts, staying ahead of any challenges they may face while positioning Ceros as a long-term, strategic partner
  • Manage and prioritize a rolling pipeline, focusing on expanding within existing client relationships
  • Act as a liaison for customer and prospect feedback to the business and product owners
  • Partner with marketing to develop campaigns and strategies aimed at expanding client engagement
  • Maintain strong visibility across your accounts, ensuring constant communication and proactive engagement at all levels
