Join Ceros as a Senior Account Executive for Key Accounts to build and expand relationships within the top 10% client base, ensuring renewals and driving further expansion by leveraging strong relationships and building new ones.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to achieve renewal and expansion goals
- Build actionable account plans that could span from 6 to 18 months
- Be fully immersed in the entire customer experience, engaging with users, influencers, and decision-makers at all levels within the organization
- Ensure that Ceros remains a deeply integrated, indispensable tool (βstickyβ) within the organization to not only secure renewals but also drive growth through expanded use cases, new teams, regions, and divisions
- Proactively engage with clients to prevent budget cuts, staying ahead of any challenges they may face while positioning Ceros as a long-term, strategic partner
- Manage and prioritize a rolling pipeline, focusing on expanding within existing client relationships
- Act as a liaison for customer and prospect feedback to the business and product owners
- Partner with marketing to develop campaigns and strategies aimed at expanding client engagement
- Maintain strong visibility across your accounts, ensuring constant communication and proactive engagement at all levels
