Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling software within the public sector (SLED), especially in achieving beyond set sales goals
- Understands public safety procurement process with knowledge of the NG9-1-1 standards as well as Call Handling Equipment, CAD, and other public safety data system workflows
- Understands moderate technical details related to Prepared's solution in relationship to the 9-1-1 software and services ecosystem
- Excels in navigating complex sales cycles and adept at managing substantial account values
- Has a deep understanding of and established connections within public safety agencies, insightful about their unique needs and challenges
- Exhibits outstanding communication skills, engaging effectively with top-tier decision-makers
- Demonstrates strategic thinking and analytical prowess, capable of crafting and executing sophisticated sales strategies
- Thrives in a dynamic environment, showcasing motivation and resilience
- Is willing and prepared to travel 30-50% of the time to meet client and business objectives
