Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in a digital marketing or web development services environment
  • Proven track record of selling high-ticket services, with the ability to engage decision-makers and close deals
  • Prior experience in selling web development services or high-ticket services is a must-have
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound sales, particularly lead generation, cold calling, and setting appointments
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, from lead generation to post-sale account management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present, negotiate, and close at a senior level
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, particularly in a remote-first environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRMs like Close.com , HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Perfect English (spoken and written) with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
  • A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership of sales processes
  • Experience with high-value transactions ($10K+ deals) and working with C-level executives

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound sales efforts, including cold outreach and re-engaging inactive leads
  • Work with leads from a variety of sources, including SEO, referrals, and paid channels. Qualify leads, maintain, and nurture the sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work directly with the founder and other team members to strategize, improve processes, and adapt the sales approach to meet company objectives
  • Provide actionable feedback on improving the sales process and pipeline, drawing from industry best practices and personal experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a marketing agency environment, especially with web development services
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Apollo, and other sales and lead generation tools
  • Ability to think critically about business development strategies and offer solutions that align with company goals
