Requirements
- 3+ years of proven success in a full-cycle B2B sales role, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions
- Fluent English communication skills, with strong verbal and written proficiency
- Proficient with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
- Excellent objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Highly motivated, personable, and resilient with a strong drive to exceed targets
- Ability to multitask and balance closing with proactive prospecting
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales process from demo to close, delivering compelling presentations that communicate the platformβs value
- Manage and prioritize warm inbound leads to maximize conversion rates and accelerate deal closure
- Overcome objections with confidence and skill to drive prospects toward a buying decision
- Utilize downtime effectively by conducting outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Research and identify new potential customers aligned with the ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline by balancing prospecting efforts with closing activities
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all sales activities, prospects, and pipeline status within the CRM
- Track key sales metrics and forecast pipeline health to inform strategy and management
- Work closely with marketing and sales development teams to align outreach strategies and optimize lead quality
- Provide feedback on sales materials, competitive landscape, and customer needs to the product and marketing teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience closing demos and managing complex sales cycles is highly preferred
- Consistently meets or exceeds monthly sales quotas and revenue targets
- Efficiently closes demos into paying customers, accelerating sales velocity
- Proactively expands the sales pipeline through consistent, high-quality prospecting
- Maintains disciplined and accurate CRM updates to ensure seamless sales operations
