Summary

Join StrongDM's brand-new Growth Account Executive team and help shape our mid-market strategy. This pivotal role involves driving new business, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams. You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focusing on mid-market customers. Success in this position requires a proven track record in SaaS or cybersecurity sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a consultative approach. Requirements

  • 2+ years in a closing role, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Experience working with partners or within a partner-focused environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with decision-makers, able to communicate effectively at both technical and business levels
  • Consultative approach to solving customer problems, focused on long-term success
  • Driven and proactive, relentless in pursuing wins and taking initiative
  • Comfortable with technical concepts, quick to adapt, and able to stay ahead in a high-growth environment
  • Thrives in a team-first culture, celebrating wins and learning from setbacks together
  • Located in the United Kingdom

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by owning the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to close—with a focus on mid-market customers
  • Build lasting relationships with security and engineering leaders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to refine messaging and ensure seamless onboarding for new customers
  • Stay ahead of market trends, mastering StrongDM’s product offering and articulating its unique value proposition
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Zero Trust, Privileged Access Management (PAM), or related markets is a plus

Benefits

  • ��120,000 - £160,000 OTE (50/50 split) + equity
  • ��120,000 - £160,000 a year
