Summary
Join Transifex, a leading localization and translation management platform, as an Account Executive to expand our presence in the EU market and drive revenue growth. You will develop and implement regional sales strategies, acquire new clients, and nurture existing relationships. This role requires strong B2B SaaS sales experience, specifically in language technology, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. You will collaborate with other sales executives, marketing, and customer success teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing medium- to enterprise-level sales and exceeding sales quotas. Requirements
- Experience in the localisation and/ or translation industry is a must!
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales in SaaS
- Proven track record of successfully closing medium- to enterprise-level sales
- Building solid, trusted and long-term client relationships
- Experience managing regional sales pipelines and successfully achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to position Transifex solutions effectively to solve client business challenges
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle objections, and close deals in a competitive environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to target new clients
- Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing, that can benefit from Transifex solutions
- Build a robust regional sales pipeline by conducting market research and identifying high-value opportunities
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with new clients
- Identify client needs and position Transifex as the ideal solution to drive business outcomes through our SaaS platform
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and key metrics to senior management
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and product adoption
- Participate in regional industry events, conferences, and webinars to build awareness and generate leads
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market needs to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge
- Leverage networking and relationships to generate referrals and drive brand awareness within your region
- Meet and exceed assigned regional sales quotas, tracking progress against goals and adjusting tactics when necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to travel regionally for client meetings and industry events
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales and achieving targets
