Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical B2B or enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, navigate organisational structures, and build consensus among stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively and influence decision-making
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth
  • Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events as needed

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the European market
  • Identify and qualify leads, leveraging inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting efforts, and networking opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to articulate the value proposition of our SaaS offerings
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales Development, Marketing, and Product, to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and navigate contract discussions to successfully close deals
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on pipeline activity using CRM software
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS solutions or software products is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of the aviation industry and/or experience selling to aviation-related businesses is a plus
