Summary

Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive, Outside Sales in Montpelier, VT to contribute to the company's mission of enriching customer experiences. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will cultivate relationships with small to medium-sized businesses, collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, manage sales pipelines using Salesforce, create presentations and proposals, and close sales to meet targets. The role offers lifetime residuals, W2 status, weekly activation bonuses, monthly residuals, and various bonus programs. Compensation includes health benefits and a 401K match, following a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid current driverโ€™s license and auto insurance
  • Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium sized business owners
  • Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business
  • Manage your pipeline and day to day tasks/appointments using Salesforce
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Payโ€™s electronic applications
  • Closing sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements
