Summary

Figma is hiring a Federal Account Executive to join their team and help drive relationships with key stakeholders within Enterprise accounts. The successful candidate will build a strong sales pipeline, work closely with cross functional teams, and establish and maintain relationships with federal government customers. They should have at least 5 years of quota carrying sales experience in a SaaS business, ideally focused on Federal Civilian agencies, and a proven track record of owning complex sales cycles within government agencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of quota carrying sales experience in a SaaS business, ideally focused on Federal Civilian agencies
• Proven track record of owning complex sales cycles within government agencies

Responsibilities

• Build a strong sales pipeline while exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
• Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Enterprise accounts
• Help build the foundation and processes for all customer facing teams at Figma

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to technical audiences (i.e. Engineering, Product, Design teams)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a challenging environment
• Ability to prioritize competing demands from customers and balance their needs against those of the business
• Demonstrated ability to source pipeline and build customer relationships
• Proficiency with sales and marketing automation tools
