Requirements
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience
- Experience in the Digital Learning, EdTech, HCM, or SaaS space is preferred
- Ability to consistently exceed sales targets and understand the steps involved in a sales cycle
- Proficiency in managing a designated territory to maximize revenue growth
- Demonstrated ability to operate with a sense of urgency, be competitive, and maintain a positive, winning attitude
- Strong negotiation skills based on value and time to close
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to comprehend complex client requirements and articulate the company's offerings to develop solutions that meet those requirements
Responsibilities
- Drive top-line revenue growth by expanding our footprint within the existing account base
- Sell our extensive content solutions line(s) directly to Enterprise customers
- Collaborate with specialists to sell blended solutions
- Own responsibility for meeting and exceeding revenue goals
- The ability to proactively identify solutions and align them to resolve any business challenges that may arise
- Represent a solution line with key competitive differentiators to win business
- Influence customers at the senior leadership level
- Establish strategic plans and objectives to drive desired business growth
- Partner with related sales, marketing, and support resources to advance critical opportunities and penetrate the market
- Develop a thorough understanding of Skillsoft sales plays and training portfolio
- Work remotely from a home office
