This full-cycle, quota-carrying position focuses on securing and expanding strategic deals within the commercial construction industry. Leverage your deep domain expertise in commercial construction, BIM/VDC, or VARs to identify opportunities, manage complex projects, and shape the company's value proposition. Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Requirements

  • 5+ years project management experience at a commercial construction company in the US with $100M+ in annual revenue
  • 5+ years field experience and 3+ years BIM/VDC experience at a commercial construction company in the US with $50M+ in annual revenue
  • 5+ years at a major value-added reseller (VAR)

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycleโ€”from identifying and prospecting strategic accounts to negotiating and closing deals. This includes generating net-new pipeline in an emerging segment through outbound efforts, industry relationships, and market knowledge
  • Identify customer pain points and collaborate with Product and Engineering on tailored solutions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across special project opportunities within the commercial construction ecosystem, and represent the voice of the customer internally through influence of product roadmap and positioning
  • Drive strategic deals from ideation through execution in partnership with the Sales and Solutions teams
  • Identify customer pain points and collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop tailored solutions
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver customer outcomes and measure impact
  • Educate prospects and customers on our capabilities and value proposition
  • Help shape go-to-market strategies and refine messaging based on customer feedback and market trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • College degree preferred but not required
