Executive Recruiter

Summary

Join Vaco as a Finance and Accounting Recruiter, responsible for identifying, screening, and managing candidates for contract and direct-hire positions. Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill job orders and manage candidates throughout the hiring process. Work with business stakeholders to plan and deliver projects effectively and timely. Proactively identify and recruit qualified talent, update and utilize a candidate skills matrix, conduct weekly interviews, and generate leads. Utilize Bullhorn to manage activities and collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0-18 months of relevant experience; a CPA, CFA, MBA, or recruiting experience is a plus. The salary range is $65,000-$75,000 USD.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent to fulfill job orders
• Update, review, and actively utilize a candidate skills matrix in recruitment activities
• Perform weekly interviews in line with performance objectives
• Generate leads via professional relationships, candidate interviews, and other interactions that support business development/sales efforts
• Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activities
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 0 – 18 months of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting or directly relevant talent agency experience highly preferred
• CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation a plus
• Previous experience in recruiting or business development a plus
