Summary

The job is for an Account Manager at AnyRoad, a fast-growing experiential marketing startup that offers a unified platform for experiential marketing. The Account Manager will manage key accounts in the US alcohol industry, collaborate with internal teams, and travel domestically. The candidate should have 7+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the US liquor or spirits industry.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a client-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success) within the US liquor or spirits industry
  • Proven track record of B2B2C or B2C sales and relationship management
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders of all sizes - Directors, Managers, Founders, etc
  • Ability to travel domestically and manage client-facing responsibilities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key accounts
  • Conduct regular meetings to ramp up new initiatives, review performance metrics, and strategize growth opportunities
  • Utilize internal resources from event production and design teams to create digital assets for marketing and client engagement
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our Junior Account Manager on outbound sales support and operational tasks post-sale
  • Update and maintain CRM tools such as Salesforce and Clari to track client interactions and progress
  • Update and maintain project management tools for your accounts and collaborate with internal teams to keep all deliverables on time
  • Prepare financial analyses and reports to demonstrate account performance and ROI to clients
  • Travel domestically as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events (up to 2 weeks per month)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with software tools like Salesforce, Monday.com , and Clari is a plus
