Summary
Join BlaBlaCar Daily as a B2G Account Manager and contribute to the growth of short-distance carpooling. You will be responsible for managing relationships with local authorities, ensuring client satisfaction, and maximizing the value of existing partnerships. You will work closely with clients, prepare progress reports, and foster long-term partnerships. Requirements
- Have 2 years of experience in account management/customer service or in the mobility/local authorities sector
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Be able to work independently on a large (and different) scope of clients
- Understand the evolution of daily carpooling in the territories and the prospects for evolution in the short, medium and long term
- Be comfortable in English
Responsibilities
- Develop the use of daily carpooling among partner local authorities in your territory
- Accompany and coach our partner local authorities so that they promote the service massively and effectively
- Ensure that communication actions generate user activations, monitor and understand the results
- Solicit internal marketing support to generate registrations/activations
- Guarantee customer satisfaction
- Ensure privileged moments of exchange with clients to highlight actions and respond to their needs
- Prepare and present monitoring/steering committees according to client needs
- Build loyalty
- Be able to significantly increase year after year the commitment of local authorities to the development of daily carpooling
- Ensure that the client remains in partnership with BlaBlaCar Daily over time
