Summary

Join bswift's Communication Agency as an Account Manager! Manage client relationships, lead projects, and ensure timely delivery of communication materials in a fun, flexible, and creative environment. With 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in employee communication, exceptional planning, coordination, and communication skills are required.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a formal project management role, preferably in employee communication
• Exceptional planning, project management, collaboration and coordination skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Excellent people and time-management skills with an eye for detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in workflow tools, such as Monday.com
• Proficiency with the Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships
• Lead projects
• Ensure timely delivery of communication materials

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Advertising, or Journalism preferred
• Prior employee communication and project management experience

Benefits

• Base salary range: $75,000-$95,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses
