Join Careem as an Account Manager and nurture key account relationships, driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction. You will develop and implement account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams. Requirements
- Previous experience in Account Management and Commercial roles
- Excellent attention to detail, people skills and organization skills
- Ability to create and maintain relationships
- Strong problem solving skills with good hands on analyzing data
- Demonstrate experience using Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications to drive best practice
- You must be a self-starter as we'll look for you to manage your own time and priorities here
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Understand the unique needs and goals of each account and develop tailored strategies to meet them
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
- Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with client objectives
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily activities and order fulfillment
- Monitor and manage account performance, addressing any issues proactively
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Utilize data and analytics to track account performance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports and insights to clients, demonstrating the value of our services
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery
- Handle escalated issues promptly and work towards resolution
