Account Manager

Summary

Join Centerfield's retail insurance team as an Account Manager to manage a book of top strategic accounts, focusing on revenue growth, relationship building, and identifying growth opportunities. You will be responsible for cross-selling, ensuring timely communication, and tracking KPIs. Responsibilities

• Manage an individual book of business consisting of our top strategic accounts, with an emphasis on building long-term relationships and account growth
• Identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling and new business within the existing customer base
• Ensure timely delivery and communication according to the customer's needs and objectives
• Ensure customer retention and prevention of churn across the customer base
• Track various KPIs and performance metrics
• Become a go-to expert on our product offerings, platform, and processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Health and/or medicare insurance industry experience
• Sales experience
• Data analysis experience
