Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an account management role
  • Proven history of over-achievement and meeting targets in account management and/or sales roles within the SaaS industry
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify and close expansion opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts
  • Monitor client usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to position Cloudinary's solutions effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to deliver exceptional service and client support
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best media management and optimization practices
  • Maintain accurate and current account and opportunity forecasting within internal sales tools
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to serve clients better
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
