Summary

Join Competera and become an Account Manager, building strong client relationships and ensuring high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and retention. Maintain strategic client relationships from the outset, aligning with their business goals and satisfaction. Conduct training sessions, drive product adoption, and proactively identify client needs, communicating them to relevant teams. Manage incident reviews, change requests, configuration changes, upsells, and the renewal process to prevent churn. This role requires 5+ years of account management experience, excellent English, CRM system experience, and strong communication and negotiation skills. The position offers a remote-first ideology, flexible working hours, regular performance reviews, and various benefits including partial medical insurance, paid time off, and training/course fee coverage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of previous account management experience (preferably with enterprise)
  • Excellent level of English
  • Experienced with CRM systems (Salesforce/ Hubspot)
  • Openness for business travels
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills (contracts/upsells)
  • Ability to identify business needs and lead upsell opportunities
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team

Responsibilities

  • Maintain clients' relationships on a strategic level starting from day 0
  • Ensure clients' business goals are followed while the satisfaction rate is high
  • Conduct training sessions, induce product adoption
  • Proactively identify clients' needs and pains, communicate them to Product Owners and Delivery team
  • Handle incident review
  • Manage change requests, configuration changes and upsells
  • Own the renewal process and prevent possible churn

Preferred Qualifications

  • Would be a plus experience in pricing and retail business
  • Positive attitude, empathy, adaptability, and stress resistance
