Join Connecteam, a TLV-based startup, as a driven and dynamic Account Manager. You will identify and execute opportunities to expand our existing customer base and increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling. This quota-carrying position involves managing the full sales cycle, analyzing customer data, and collaborating with SDR and CSM teams. You will be the face of the company, known for outstanding customer service, and influence product development based on customer needs. Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work remotely from 9:00 AM to 6 PM Monday-Friday. Requirements
- One year of experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive at a SaaS company - MUST
- Energetic, positive, and motivated - MUST
- Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization
- Ability for self-learning and highly independent
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and busy work environment
- Working remotely from 9:00 AM to 6 PM Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
- The Account Manager position is a quota-carrying position; you will own the full sales cycle, managing your own account pipeline and contributing to the teamβs pipeline
