Summary
Join ConnectWise as an Acronis Account Manager and maintain strong sales relationships with partners, acting as a key ambassador between ConnectWise and Acronis. Collaborate with the Account Management team to boost Acronis product revenue. Manage a defined list of accounts, focusing on existing Acronis partners. Conduct thorough research and analysis, and potentially mentor team members. Work with other ConnectWise sellers to maximize account coverage and business success. Regularly engage with partners to understand their objectives and growth plans to expand product offerings. Meet sales targets and collaborate with Account Managers to address partner inquiries and issues. Identify sales opportunities to build the pipeline for sales teams. Conduct business reviews with partners to understand their data protection needs and growth projections. Proactively manage renewal notifications and ensure continued partner agreements. Utilize forecasting methods to manage the pipeline effectively. Collaborate with Acronis sellers to educate partners and drive upselling/cross-selling. Execute sales promotions to increase Acronis product adoption. Generate pipeline reports and conduct pipeline calls with Acronis.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the Data Production solutions, especially Acronis is required
- Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
- Advanced knowledge of successful sales initiatives typically obtained through advanced education and/or work experience
- Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per ConnectWise product requirements
- Ability to provide world class customer service while finding opportunities to position sales of new and additional products and services
- Ability to effectively manage time and appropriately prioritize workload
- Organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated
- Familiar with MEDDIC/BANT Forecast Methodology
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM’s
- Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent business experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Manages and supports a pre-defined list of accounts, catering specifically to existing Acronis partners
- Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
- May coach and review the work of other team members
- Works in collaboration with other sellers within ConnectWise to maximize account coverage and success of the business through a sell through approach
- Maintains regular contact with key contacts at each Partner, learning more about Partner’s objectives and growth projections to increase product breadth
- Meets pre-determined sales objectives based on quota attainment and business activity
- Works in collaboration with Account Managers to answer partners questions and resolve partner issues in a timely manner
- Identifies sales qualified opportunities to build expansion pipeline for the Sales teams
- Conducts business reviews with partners to learn more about partner’s data protection objectives, struggles, and growth projections to increase product breadth
- Proactively manages renewal notifications and works to ensure partners continue to renew existing Acronis agreements
- Uses forecast methodology to accurately manage pipeline
- Work with Acronis sellers to educate and help upsell/cross sell partners
- Run Sales promos to drive further adoption of Acronis’ line card
- Run Pipeline reports and pipeline calls with Acronis
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with quota, account management, and technical capacities
