Summary

Join Daxko's Boutique division as an Account Manager and become a trusted partner to boutique fitness businesses. Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding goals
  • Experience managing a book of business with a focus on client retention and growth
  • A self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence engaging with owners, operators, and executive-level decision-makers
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Be the expert. Deeply understand and position SugarWOD and Zen Planner to meet the unique needs of boutique fitness businesses
  • Drive account growth. Expand customer relationships through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling across your book of business
  • Uncover new opportunities. Prospect within existing accounts for referrals and new leads to grow Daxko’s impact in the boutique fitness market
  • Engage with decision-makers. Present solutions to gym and studio owners, operators, and other key stakeholders
  • Own the sales process. Lead end-to-end conversations, from discovery and demos to proposals, negotiations, and closing
  • Stay organized and data-driven. Keep detailed records of client activity and opportunities in Salesforce
  • Collaborate for success. Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure clients are set up for long-term success
  • Stay informed. Keep a pulse on industry trends, client feedback, and the competitive landscape

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS solutions, particularly in the fitness or wellness space
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a technology environment
  • Familiarity with Salesloft or Outreach for prospecting and sales cadence management
  • Knowledge of the boutique fitness market (CrossFit, yoga, HIIT, Mixed Martial Arts, etc.)
