Summary
Join our dynamic EdTech startup in Jakarta, Indonesia, as an Account Manager! We're a fast-growing team backed by the British Council and Blenheim Chalcot, impacting millions through our free mobile English test. This remote role focuses on client retention, growth, and achieving sales targets. You'll manage client relationships, ensure timely needs are met, and collaborate with internal teams. The position requires a strong command of English and 5-6 years of stakeholder relationship management experience.
Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience managing stakeholder relationships
- Organized
- Tech-savvy
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Deadline-conscious
- Good command of English (minimum EnglishScore 400)
Responsibilities
- Maintain all CRM and Project Management notes accuracy
- Manage a partner’s after-sales from beginning to end (onboarding to renewal and reorder)
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients, and perform onboarding client duties, including: Setting up back-end accesses
- Liaising with the clients to obtain accurate and timely information
- Setting up the first onboarding call
- Perform account management duties including: Processing client requests internally
- Upsell a company’s services and solutions
- Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to troubleshoot issues, feedback feature requests, and support client marketing activities
- Take a client’s requirements and assist with plans to meet those requirements
- Support existing clients with technical and administrative support
- Attend and schedule events with the clients on socialization and marketing events
- Work with Country Manager to prepare for promotional and educational events
- Liaise with headquarter for collaterals and event support
Preferred Qualifications
Previous work experience in the education industry or language learning industry
