Account Manager

This remote role focuses on client retention, growth, and achieving sales targets. You'll manage client relationships, ensure timely needs are met, and collaborate with internal teams. Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience managing stakeholder relationships
• Organized
• Tech-savvy
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Deadline-conscious
• Good command of English (minimum EnglishScore 400)

Responsibilities

• Maintain all CRM and Project Management notes accuracy
• Manage a partner’s after-sales from beginning to end (onboarding to renewal and reorder)
• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients, and perform onboarding client duties, including: Setting up back-end accesses
• Liaising with the clients to obtain accurate and timely information
• Setting up the first onboarding call
• Perform account management duties including: Processing client requests internally
• Upsell a company’s services and solutions
• Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to troubleshoot issues, feedback feature requests, and support client marketing activities
• Take a client’s requirements and assist with plans to meet those requirements
• Support existing clients with technical and administrative support
• Attend and schedule events with the clients on socialization and marketing events
• Work with Country Manager to prepare for promotional and educational events
• Liaise with headquarter for collaterals and event support

Preferred Qualifications

Previous work experience in the education industry or language learning industry
