Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle B2B software or SaaS sales experience, preferably in a high-growth environment
  • Success: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and account growth metrics
  • Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is strongly preferred)
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts, building strong multi-level relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify upsell opportunities within assigned named accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth and retention goals
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing their success and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Support, etc.) to ensure clients receive best-in-class support and service
  • Understand client goals and translate them into tailored solutions using our industry-leading mobile data collection platform
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM (Salesforce)
  • Drive contract negotiations and renewals while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities or risks
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in mobile technology, data collection, or enterprise software
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a customer-centric organization
  • Understanding of recurring revenue models and customer lifetime value
  • French speaking a plus
