The Account Manager will drive account growth, process orders, and ensure seamless deliveries for GoMaterials, a fast-growing startup revolutionizing landscape construction procurement. The role requires 2-3 years of sales experience, operations or supply chain management experience is a plus, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Operations or supply chain management experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Bachelor’s or college degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Own and elevate customer health, quotes, and orders for your markets
  • Execute impactful account growth strategies and nurture key relationships
  • Close, grow, and cultivate new customer accounts from the start of the sales cycle
  • Process quotes and orders, exceeding customer expectations in quality and service
  • Proactively communicate with customers, addressing concerns pre, mid, or post order
  • Quarterly travel to the USA for in-person client meetings and tradeshows
  • Tackle any related tasks not listed
