Summary
Join Planful as an Account Management professional to cultivate and expand relationships with mid-market customers. You will act as a strategic advisor, aligning with clients' Planful initiatives and internal strategies. Responsibilities include identifying upsell opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and working with internal teams to maximize deal sizes. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of sales experience in enterprise software or SaaS, experience with large-scale accounts, and strong communication skills. Requirements
- Located in Pacific or Mountain Timezone
- 3+ years successful track record of sales in the enterprise software or software-as-a-service market selling into an established client base
- Experience with large-scale, technologically sophisticated accounts and upper mid-market customers in a fast paced SaaS environment
- Experience driving adoption and change management within tech organizations
- High levels of organization in your workflows - you understand what it means to be responsible for a customer portfolio and to prioritize your time efficiently
- A passion for partnership and collaboration. Youβll need to partner with multiple Planful teams on a regular basis (Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, C-Suite) to achieve your customer outcomes
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Youβll be presenting to diverse and senior audiences, ranging from financial analysts to CFOs

Responsibilities
- Proactively, identify, qualify and upsell within your existing sales pipeline of Mid-Market accounts (100% existing logos)
- Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
- Responsible for annual revenue targets linking to upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your existing book of business
- Work closely with the Customer ecosystem, Solutions consulting organization and professional services team to maximize deal sizes
- Proactively and creatively reach out with insight driven content
- Regular updating of notes/steps in Salesforce
- Assist sales and marketing to identify clients willing to assist in references and marketing events
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with FP&A, ERP, EPM, etc is a plus
