Summary

Xblend is seeking a B2B Software Solutions Account Manager with sales experience in the software industry to drive leads, generate revenue, and maintain customer relationships within a defined territory. The individual should have excellent telephone skills, executive selling, negotiating, and customer service skills, and be able to communicate with highly technical professionals.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant sales/ business development experience in the software industry
  • Previous experience in a hunter role digging up new logo business through warm and cold leads
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual quota
  • Well-organized, disciplined planner and implementer with sound strategic thinking and conceptual abilities/vision
  • Exceptional telephone skills, including cold calls
  • Executive selling, negotiating, and customer service skills
  • Must be able to communicate with highly technical professionals in the software development and IT sector
  • Demonstrated ability to present a complete business solution effectively with a technical product
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot or similar CRM is a must

Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities using qualifying skills and tactics supported by a structured sales process
  • Generate revenue from new and existing customers within a defined territory
  • Establish and maintain good rapport and customer support with existing customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the key decision-makers for the enterprise to capture the complete scope of business needs
  • Develop new accounts and implement plans for growth in existing accounts
  • Work with pre-sales technical resources to customize the appropriate solution
  • Recognize customer business problems and drive/influence resources to address these needs; create business proposals around these needs
  • Provide continuous verbal and written updates on forecast, opportunity pipeline and territory plan
  • Provide customers with a personalized level of customer service that reinforces the importance of customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of software development tools and the software development life cycle a plus
