Account Manager

Summary

Join IntelliPro as an Account Manager in Los Angeles, CA, working remotely as a full-time employee. This role involves managing a portfolio of corporate accounts, handling insurance matters (new business, renewals, claims), and providing technical guidance to the team. You will need a Bachelor's degree, an active California Property and Casualty License, and at least two years of commercial insurance experience. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• An Active California Property and Casualty License
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in commercial insurance/financial lines with an independent agency is required for this position
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Able to work under pressure with good time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide professional insurance agency/brokerage services to an assigned portfolio of corporate accounts
• Handle general insurance matters including new business, renewals & claims
• Handle customer inquiries, policy administration and insurance program
• Provide technical guidance to other members of the team
• Client visit with manager
• Other duties as assigned by management

Preferred Qualifications

Capability to get appointed with wholesalers/insurers on behalf of company is preferred
