Responsibilities
- Focus on growing customers' usage of JumpCloud base by identifying, qualifying, and closing expansion opportunities
- Reach out to customers to discuss renewals with a view of Identifying cost savings and requirements for new features
- Conduct regular out of renewal seasonย business reviews and provide optimization recommendations and new product offerings
- Close renewals from start to finish between 100k to 5m ARR
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Customer support managers, Product and Technical Support Teams, to ensure customers have excellent product outcomes
- Build strong and trusting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Expand sales into a portfolio of approximately 200 existing accounts with strong forecasting and funnel management processes
- Deliver regular outbound campaigns on new product updates, partnering with Product and technical resources
- Deliver commercial outcomes by running a consistent sales process and setting next step expectations and contract negotiations with customers
- Evaluate core usage trends and articulate value to show JumpCloud's impact and provide strategic recommendations during business reviews
