Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years experience as a Account Manager or Social Media Manager in a creative/social agency or for sustainable fashion brands
  • Excellent background in sustainable fashion with a deep understanding of industry trends
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to consult and collaborate with high-end brand partners
  • Creative thinker with a knack for generating innovative social media ideas
  • Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the global sustainable fashion account
  • Manage and understand clients social media needs, goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand’s goals and values
  • Present campaign ideas, strategies and results to clients while identifying opportunities for account growth
  • Create and maintain a social content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging presence across all platforms
  • Generate innovative ideas and write briefs for β€˜always-on’ social content and major activations, collaborating with clients and brand partners
  • Craft compelling and on-brand social media copy that captures attention and drives engagement
  • Translate long-form editorial content into bite-sized, shareable social media posts and activations
  • Work closely with a Digital Paid Media expert and a Designer/Content Creator as a core team to drive channel growth, creativity and performance
  • Support other accounts if needed and act as a voice of the brand within the agency
  • Foster a vibrant and positive online community by actively engaging with our audience
  • Analyze social media performance, generate insights and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth
  • Stay informed about the latest fashion and sustainability trends to ensure our content and team knowledge is relevant and ahead of the curve
  • Provide clients with insights and recommendations for improvement based on industry trends
