Account Manager

Summary

The job is for a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager at Massive Bio, a health-tech startup based in New York, NY. The role is remote and located in Israel, with the main responsibility being to focus on Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services and visiting Hematologist/Oncologist offices.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology
• An extensive network of Hematologists/Oncologists
• Ability to travel to Hematologist's/Oncologist's offices, hospitals, whether using public transport or owning a car to travel
• Native in Hebrew and fluent in English
• Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical trials and the health care system
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Should be living and be local in Israel
• No military obligation

Responsibilities

• Initiation, nurturing and management of provider network to build patient identification channels
• Identifying and supporting agreements for potential strategic partnership opportunities for Massive Bio
• Identifying and supporting agreements for the potential referring hospitals and physicians strategically located in proximity of recruiting sites for the Clinical Trials that Massive Bio is contracted for
• Promoting and presenting the services of Massive Bio to the provider network and following up the processes regularly
• Following up on the referral of patients from these providers to enroll patients in Clinical Trials that Massive Bio is contracted for
• Patient engagement support for the patients coming from direct to patient channels including patient calls and medical records collection
• Patient referral and retention management
• Provide timely input to Massive Bio’s CRM system about field activities; follow up communication with physicians; report results to internal leadership and team members
