Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management involving SaaS-based technology & capabilities within the healthcare market (payers, providers, ACOs and payviders); RCM experience is a huge plus
  • Experience in Software as a service (“SaaS”) operating model in healthcare required
  • Possess extensive knowledge of healthcare provider operations with a vision for how analytics can impact cost, quality, equity, access, utilization, revenue, denials, patient satisfaction and other key industry drivers
  • Ability to travel 25% and work flexible hours when required
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
  • Ability to establish, nurture and leverage relationships with client executive leadership and decision-makers
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; Strong communication/presentation skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to translate thoughts, concepts and ideas into understandable, workable information
  • Impeccable service ethic characterized by high energy, a positive attitude and the desire to go “the extra mile” for both internal clients and teammates
  • Experience implementing creative ways to increase pipeline, managing cross-selling analysis, activities and close processes
  • BS degree in business, or healthcare desired. Advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement sales and customer success strategy from initial lead through the entire customer lifecycle to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate and align with the Marketing team on sales collateral and execute lead-generation campaigns within current Client segments and sub-segments
  • Increase annual revenues and customer revenue retention
  • Collaborate with Provider leadership and product leaders to provide customer-driven feedback and direction to build products that meet customer needs
  • Manage the effective utilization of SalesForce across account management teams, resulting in consistent use, great accuracy and impeccable integrity
  • Skillfully partner with colleagues on the sales & account management team to manage a complex sales environment utilizing excellent negotiation, relationship and presentation skills
  • Understand and utilize MedeAnalytics tools and client system functionality – leveraging to establish adoption and retention strategies with clients
  • Support client contracting processes, including reviewing and developing Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Change Orders, and developing internal pricing models
