Account Manager

Summary

Join our growing Account Management Team as an Account Manager to build strong customer relationships and manage quoting and ordering processes. You will collaborate with account executives, customers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include developing trusted advisor relationships, onboarding new clients, forecasting stocking needs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely and accurate quoting and order placement. This is a 12-month+ contract position with potential for hire, based in the TOLA/West region (remote). The ideal candidate is a skilled customer relations professional with strong mathematical abilities and problem-solving skills. Compensation is up to $40/hour.

Requirements

• Candidates must reside in the United States and be based in the TOLA/West region (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas/West region)
• This is a remote position

Responsibilities

• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
• Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to properly forecast stocking needs and delivery deadlines for all assigned accounts
• Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
• Timely and accurate quotation and order placement for all assigned accounts
• Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
• Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
• Other duties as assigned
