Summary
Join PairSoft as an Account Manager and manage client renewals within the APRO install base while actively seeking new business opportunities within your assigned accounts. You will be responsible for assisting clients with renewals, negotiating pricing, addressing technical questions, and driving recurring revenue growth. This remote position is available in the Netherlands or several US states. The base salary is competitive and includes incentives. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree, advanced education preferred
- 3+ years selling software or SaaS in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with technical topics
- Experience selling solutions into an existing base of customers
- Resiliency / strong work attitude
- Detail-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Technically savvy
- Strong organizational skills
- Available to work Central European Time zone as needed (9-5CET)
- Travel to trades shows, company event as needed
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers around renewals
- Conduct outreach to existing clients up for renewals
- Present multi-year renewals and negotiate terms
- Engage meaningfully about our solutions with mid-level and senior management
- Exceed customer expectations and provide support to the team
- Collaborate with internal team members, including finance, support and technical team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling ERP systems or tools that integrate with ERP systems a plus
- Experience using Salesforce is a plus
